Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7–9 years in Project Management and at least 5 years in Banking IT projects. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage risks, budgets and governance, and coordinate SIT/UAT testing with vendors and business users.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive multiple initiatives under tight deadlines in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• 7–9 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years of Banking IT project experience required.
• Must have completed at least 2 full project cycles as Test Manager/Test Lead.
• Strong PM methodologies, risk management, budgeting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project implementation including planning, execution, risk management, quality control and implementation.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies and overall delivery progress.
• Prepare progress reports covering status, risks, mitigation plans and timelines.
• Manage project changes and interventions to achieve deliverables.
• Actively manage issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead SIT/UAT planning and execution with stakeholders.
• Develop test plans and strategies; manage test case planning and execution.
• Track testing progress and defects; prepare dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee budget tracking, expenses and cost control; ensure PRs and payments are processed on time.
• Coordinate vendor activities, including off-site development teams, and ensure on-time deliverables.
