Qualifications
- 4+ years of strong application technical experience in C++, .NET, or Java.
- Banking/Financial IT environment experience preferred.
- Hands-on in application support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with Tech Refresh / application migration / platform upgrades.
- PowerShell or Windows Batch scripting experience.
- Experience with Connect:Direct and Control-M.
Responsibilities
- Provide application enhancement and production support for banking systems.
- Perform problem investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), solution design, development, and implementation.
- Perform code-level defect fixing and application enhancements.
- Analyze system design and perform impact analysis for application changes.
- Support Tech Refresh projects, including migration of applications to newer servers/OS/dbs.
- Perform PowerShell or Windows Batch scripting as required.
- Work with vendors for fixes, enhancements, and implementations.
- Perform L3 Production Support and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to Production Support for releases.
