Job summary

Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Application Support Analyst - Banking in Kuala Lumpur. This contract role focuses on delivering technical support for banking applications and ensuring high availability of critical financial systems.

You will provide L2/L3 support, DevOps engineering for Findur and Money Market Operations, and help design a centralized inventory and taxonomy to improve governance and visibility across treasury applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or relevant professional qualification.
5–8 years in software development and application support or DevOps, preferably in Banking/Financial services.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support and DevOps engineering for Findur and Money Market Applications supporting RTGS, Treasury and related functions.
Own end-to-end availability, reliability, performance and DR readiness for mission-critical Treasury & Money Market systems.
Contribute to agile delivery by rotating across development, operations, product management and project implementation functions.
Design and implement a centralized application inventory and data taxonomy; enhance visibility, governance and data standards across Treasury & Money Market apps.
