Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities management within banking or corporate environments, strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a proactive, detail‑driven approach to upkeep and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years facilities management experience, banking/corporate preferred
• Experience managing helpdesk operations or customer service functions
• Experience supporting finance or budgeting activities is advantageous
• Familiarity with building management systems, maintenance procedures, and service contracts

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of bank premises, ensuring safety, cleanliness and functionality
• Coordinate helpdesk activities and respond to facility-related tickets and requests
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for cleaning, security, landscaping, and repairs
• Support budgeting and cost tracking for facility services and expenditures
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards and bank policies
