Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree holders with or without experience.
• SPM/STPM with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in any field.
• For SPM holders, must have at least a Credit in Bahasa Malaysia or English AND Mandarin or Mathematics or Accounts or Commerce.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell bancassurance products through outbound calls.
• Achieve stipulated daily sales targets.
• Ensure all assigned leads are followed up and completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Maintain accurate customer information, leads, and contacts in the CRM system.
• Raise accurate fulfillment requests to the fulfillment team related to sales opportunities.
• Identify and record customer feedback to support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
