UOB United Overseas Bank Limited Malaysia is seeking a Bancassurance Sales professional to develop and sell life insurance products through bank branches, while motivating staff and expanding the bancassurance portfolio.

You will train bankers on products, manage referrals, ensure regulatory compliance, and report sales performance to senior management. 3–7 years' experience in bancassurance/banking sales is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• A recognized diploma / degree in any field.
• Must possess PCE & CEILI qualification.
• Minimum 3-7 years of working experience in Bancassurance/Insurance/Banking Sales.
• Passionate about sales & possess strong commitment to achieve sales target.

Aufgaben

• Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to sell life insurance products through bank branches.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to encourage referrals and conduct regular meetings.
• Training & Support: Train bankers on insurance products, underwriting processes, and sales techniques.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales processes comply with regulatory guidelines and monitor KYC.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Customer Service & Retention: Guide bankers to address queries and service policies, and support renewals.
