Qualifications

• Previous bakery or café experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain hygiene.
• Strong time-management and organisation.
• English reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bakery items per Arkib’s recipes and schedules.
• Measure, mix, shape, proof, bake, and present products with consistency.
• Maintain quality and freshness across batches.
• Prepare ingredients and stations for service.
• Keep bakery clean, hygienic, and well-organised.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and stock management.
• Collaborate with café team to ensure timely product availability.
• Follow Food Safety and GMP rules.
