Qualifications

• Experience in bakery production preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes and other bakery products according to recipes and standards.
• Handle daily baking and production activities efficiently.
• Ensure all products meet the required quality, taste and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and work area.
• Check and maintain proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Monitor stock and inform the Chef of any shortages or requirements.
• Assist in developing and improving bakery products when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
• Assist and guide junior bakery staff when necessary.
