Job summary

Muchico Bakery Sdn Bhd (MUCHICO) invites applications for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Batu Pahat, Johor. The role requires ensuring SOPs are followed, maintaining product quality, and supervising a production team for efficiency.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Food Technology with at least 2 years in F&B/FMCG manufacturing, knowledge of GMP and food safety standards, and be able to work on rotation shifts (7am–7pm, 7pm–7am).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Technology or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations in F&B or FMCG.
• Knowledge and experience in GMP and food safety standards procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure SOPs and work instructions are followed and quality standards met.
• Supervise and motivate production workers to improve line efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Implement food safety controls and GMP practices and maintain cleanliness and housekeeping.
