Job summary

Amici Food Solutions production team is seeking a diligent member to assist in bakery and pastry production in a fast-paced environment. You will help prepare ingredients, assemble breads and pastries, and ensure quality and presentation standards are met.

The role requires maintaining cleanliness, following food safety procedures, and supporting packing and labeling tasks as needed. Fresh graduates with culinary/bakery qualifications are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in bakery, pastry, kitchen or food production.
• Fresh graduates with relevant culinary/bakery qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of bakery and pastry products
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
• Assist with bread, cakes, pastries, fillings, creams and other bakery items
• Ensure products are prepared according to required quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment and production area
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures
• Monitor ingredients and inform the supervisor when stock is running low
• Assist with packing, labelling and other production duties when required
• Complete daily production tasks assigned by the supervisor or chef
