Job summary

AMICI FOOD SOLUTIONS SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a Commis III to join the Bakery & Pastry production team. You will assist in daily preparation and production of bakery items, measure ingredients, and support senior chefs to ensure smooth production.

Candidates should show basic knowledge or interest in bakery, be willing to learn, and work well in a team in a fast-paced setting. Availability to work shifts, weekends or public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or interest in bakery and pastry production.
• Experience in bakery, pastry, kitchen or food production is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work well in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily preparation and production of bakery and pastry products
• Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and instructions
• Assist with breads, cakes, pastries, fillings, creams and other bakery items
• Support senior team members with production and preparation work
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures
