Job summary

Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Baker to join our kitchen in Subang (47200) & Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. In your role, you are the Director of Quality, ensuring the highest quality of food production that will wow our guests and keep them coming back for more.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of a diploma or certificate and 4+ years of experience in hotels or restaurants, with strong baking skills and a passion for pastry.

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational certificate or diploma in a culinary field.
• 4+ years of experience in hotels or restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food preparation with the kitchen team.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in line with SOPs.
• Assist with inventory control and restocking.
• Ensure timely delivery of meals and adherence to health guidelines.

Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Baker to join our kitchen in Subang (47200) & Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.

Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview

• Possess minimum Certificates/ Vocational/ Diploma
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in either hotels or restaurants
• Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes and other desserts.
• Positive and inviting attitude
• Enjoy working around children and adults
• Passionate
• Positive and inviting attitude - you will need to engage and have conversations with customers.
• Self-motivated and can work with the team
• Must have valid Typhoid, Food Handlers Certificate and Vaccination Certificate (2 dose + Booster)
