AEON Bank is seeking a visionary Backend Platform Lead to take full ownership of the backend services powering our digital banking platform. You will ensure transactions are fast, reliable, and secure, acting as guardian of platform health and security.

You will mentor a high-performing team, codify best practices, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver a seamless user experience. This role demands leadership in scalable microservices and secure coding.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with modern architecture and design patterns.

• Champion backend development best practices across the engineering function.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance the digital banking UX.
• Contribute from design to deployment.
