Job summary

AEON Bank is seeking a Dedicated Risk & Compliance Champion within the Technology Division to oversee risk and regulatory compliance. The role serves as the escalation point to Risk Management and Compliance divisions for operational risk, compliance, and regulatory control matters.

The candidate will guide front-line teams on regulations, coordinate reviews with auditors and regulators, and ensure timely closure of risk actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, operational risk or audit.

Responsibilities

• Advise front line teams on existing or new regulations via 2nd Line of Defense.
• Coordinate reviews with Compliance Assurance & Shariah Review and regulators.
• Review product and process docs before submission to Risk Management.
• Validate processes, close gaps, and monitor action plans.
• Coordinate annual/mid-year risk assessments and KRI/KCT reporting.
• Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational and compliance risks.
