Chris Business Solution Sdn Bhd (SalesHero) is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to join our Penang team. You will present SalesHero to wholesalers, distributors and business owners, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how our software solutions can help grow their business.

The role requires at least two years of B2B sales experience, fluent Mandarin and English, and the ability to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record.
• Confident in product presentations, negotiations and closing sales.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines preferred.
• Willing to travel and own laptop/transportation.

Aufgaben

• Present SalesHero to wholesalers, distributors and business owners.
• Understand customers' business challenges and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct engaging online and face-to-face product demonstrations.
• Follow up on qualified leads generated by the marketing team.
• Handle negotiations and close sales confidently.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
