Job summary

Dahtec Marketing Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our B2B business in the construction industry.

You will sell Scaffold Systems & Formwork Solutions to contractors, developers and project managers. Key duties include hunting for new customers, generating leads, meeting clients on site, preparing quotations, negotiating and closing deals, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Confident in prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Possesses own transport.
• Construction experience is an advantage, NOT a must.
• Experience in building materials, industrial products, engineering, machinery, manufacturing, hardware or other B2B industries.
• Technical knowledge? Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and develop new B2B customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.
• Meet clients, conduct site visits and present our products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers.
• Identify new projects and business opportunities.
• Work with our internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
