Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a B2B Sales Executive with industrial hardware sales experience to drive mobile and industrial hygiene sales across construction, industrial, and event sectors.

Responsibilities include end-to-end sales cycles, client visits, product demonstrations, and preparing quotations. Must travel and possess strong negotiation skills to grow market share and maintain key accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in B2B industrial sales (hardware/industrial).
• Experience with hygiene solutions preferred.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles from lead generation and cold calling to contract closing.
• Conduct regular client visits, site presentations, and product demonstrations across assigned territories.
• Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage long-term account relationships.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth site setup and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and report to Senior Sales Manager.
