Job summary

Dahtec Marketing Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our B2B business in the construction industry.

You will sell Scaffold Systems & Formwork Solutions to contractors, developers and project managers. Key duties include hunting for new customers, generating leads, meeting clients on site, preparing quotations, negotiating and closing deals, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Confident in prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Possesses own transport.
• Construction experience is an advantage, NOT a must.
• Experience in building materials, industrial products, engineering, machinery, manufacturing, hardware or other B2B industries.
• Technical knowledge? Training will be provided.

You will be selling Scaffold Systems & Formwork Solutions to contractors, developers, project managers and other construction industry clients.

Hunt and develop new B2B customers.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.

Meet clients, conduct site visits and present our products.

Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects.

We are looking for someone who is:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Confident in prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Comfortable meeting contractors, developers and decision-makers.
• Hungry for sales and motivated by commission.
• Independent, proactive and target-driven.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Possesses own transport.
• Construction experience is an advantage, NOT a must.
• Experience in building materials, industrial products, engineering, machinery, manufacturing, hardware or other B2B industries is also welcome.
• Technical knowledge? Don't worry. Training will be provided.
