Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Development/Sales Executive to drive ground expansion for scaffolding and industrial supply in Sarawak. You will scout new construction projects, visit sites to build rapport with site leaders, and service existing key accounts across the region.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in construction or B2B industrial sales, is bilingual in Chinese and English, and owns a vehicle capable of traveling across Sarawak.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in construction, building materials, or B2B industrial sales.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory.
• Must own transport and be willing to travel across Sarawak.

Responsibilities

• Actively scout for new construction projects in Sarawak.
• Visit construction sites to build rapport with Site Safety Supervisors, Project Managers, and Purchasers.
• Service existing Key Accounts with projects in Sarawak.
• Report on market intelligence—identify competitors' activity and winning rates.
