E-CONTRACT PTE. LTD. in Johor Bahru seeks dynamic Business Development Executives (BDE) to drive B2B sales across Malaysia and Singapore.

Base salary starts at RM 3,500 per month with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. The role involves JB presence with regular visits to Singapore for client meetings. Qualifications

• Travel flexibility to move between JB and Singapore as required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-driven with a strong drive to close deals.
• Open to 1-2 years in B2B sales or related roles or fresh graduates with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential B2B leads across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Conduct regular corporate visits in Singapore (5–10 times per month).
• Prepare sales presentations and lead pitch meetings; negotiate terms.
• Draft tailored proposals addressing client pain points and opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with key corporate decision-makers and monitor competition.
