Ori Bionature (M) Sdn Bhd invites a driven Business Development Consultant (B2B) to join our health & beauty team in Malaysia. You will engage key decision-makers, present our product portfolio, and close profitable contracts while managing ongoing client relationships.

With 1+ year in B2B sales within health supplements or cosmetics, you will identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with R&D and customer support to align sales with product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Nutritional Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Dietetics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in health supplements & cosmetic industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building & negotiation skills.
• Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Understand client needs and propose effective solutions from our product portfolio.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Tailor proposals to address each client’s specific requirements.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to secure profitable contracts.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets within agreed timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients from onboarding to after-sales.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
