Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Career Wise Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, drive business growth in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry, and deliver tangible value to clients.

You will identify new B2B opportunities, present solutions, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to meet revenue targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the beauty or medical aesthetics industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market and sales data.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, able to work independently.
• Adaptable to the fast-paced beauty and medical aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and engage potential B2B clients within the beauty and medical aesthetics industry to expand market presence.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market to achieve objectives and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
• Deliver professional and engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
