Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Product Executive to support planning, development, launch, and ongoing management of our B2B products and internal systems in Malaysia.

The role blends Product Management with Product Operations, covering the full lifecycle from understanding business needs to coordinating development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. You will primarily support POS and other B2B platforms, ensuring accurate configurations and clean documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with organised approach to handling product configurations and documentation.
• Hands-on readiness to support both product planning and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design product concepts, workflows, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Support management and improvement of ChatApp, POS, and other B2B/internal systems.
• Create and maintain system configurations, fields, templates, and release documentation.
• Plan and coordinate UAT for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Coordinate requirements, decisions, dependencies and communicate changes to stakeholders.
