Ensure product configurations and operational information remain accurate and up to date.

Support deployment readiness, product rollout, and post-deployment validation.
Gather post-launch feedback and coordinate necessary improvements.
Work closely with Operations, Retail, CSS, IT, QA, Marketing, and other relevant teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Maintain product requirements, workflows, specifications, templates, configuration records, and supporting documentation.
Keep documentation updated when product requirements or system behaviour changes.
Prepare product updates, release information, user guides, and other supporting materials where required.
Maintain proper records of product decisions, changes, issues, and follow-up actions.
Degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Product Management, or a related field.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related role.
Able to understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements and solutions.
