Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B phone-based sales experience, specifically in solution or software maintenance renewals.
• Experience in phone-based account management sales, including software renewals and upsell.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Insights and Appointments /leads generated.
• Achievement of new business opportunities agreed depending on.
• Achievement of talk-time/chat-time and leads target as in individual as well as departmental goal.
• Own call performance against target is tracked and managed to ensure campaign targets are exceeded.
• Coordinate with other inter-departments in order to satisfy customer needs and interest.
• Ensure accurate opportunity and forecasting data is provided to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Operation Country regarding communication notes and allocation.
• Ensure that all conversations with prospects gain competitive information, create awareness, retain prospect's interest level, understand customer's needs and identifying business opportunities.
• Work closely with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Operation Country liaison SMEs to provide market product and recognition feedback from engagements.
• Attend to any ad-hoc task assigned such as Customer Engagement & Market Insight
