Job summary

IPC Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Executive / Inside Sales to manage a portfolio of new and existing B2B accounts in semi-finished aluminium alloys and engineering plastics.

You will handle inquiries, understand requirements, and guide customers from enquiry to order fulfilment. You will prepare quotations, pursue opportunities, identify new customers, and work with Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales is preferred.
• Good command of English and Mandarin for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of new and existing B2B customer accounts.
• Handle customer enquiries, understand requirements, and recommend products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Finance to fulfil orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records.
