Job summary

Reliant Communication Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive in Malaysia to drive revenue by acquiring corporate clients and presenting HRD Corp training solutions. You will expand the corporate client base and tailor programs to client needs.

The role offers a base salary with an attractive commission structure and requires travel across the Klang Valley. Fluency in English and Malay is essential, with Mandarin as a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, marketing, corporate training, or solution selling.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills for high-level corporate discussions.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel around Klang Valley for client presentations.

Responsibilities

• New client acquisition: identify, approach and pitch our HRD Corp training to corporate clients.
• Consultative selling: perform needs analysis to identify gaps in talent, workflows, or compliance.
• Propose solutions: structure and present customized training proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• Pipeline management: follow up on leads, manage training schedules and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Cross-solution collaboration: leverage exclusive alliances to offer end-to-end corporate solutions.
• Target-driven: meet monthly and annual sales targets to unlock commissions and incentives.
