Business Thrust SDN BHD (BThrust) is a Malaysia-based digital solutions provider offering SEO, digital marketing, websites, and software solutions to startups, SMEs, and MNCs. The Business Development Executive will drive client growth and close deals, with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions, bonuses, and regular incentives.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year in B2B sales with a passion for technology and performance-based sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, digital marketing or software solution sales.
- Experience selling SEO, Digital Marketing, Websites, SaaS or Software Solutions is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, emails, social selling, and inbound enquiries.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable SEO, digital marketing, website, FSM, CRM, AI or software solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
