Job summary

Acoustic & Lighting System Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive new business and manage end-to-end sales processes with corporate clients such as rental companies, event halls, hotels and restaurants.

You will identify opportunities, prepare quotations and proposals, conduct product demonstrations, visit sites, and provide after-sales support while tracking market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in IT / Electronic & Electrical.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in AV, pro audio, lighting or event industries is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and develop business opportunities.
• Build relationships with rental companies, event halls, hotels, restaurants and other commercial clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales packages.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits.
• Manage sales from enquiry to closing and payment collection.
• Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
