Job summary

Epicor Software (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Cloud Reliability Analyst (L2) to monitor alerts, manage tasks, and drive follow-up on action items. The role focuses on resolving Tier 2 cloud incidents across Azure-based production environments and coordinating with application, database, network, and infrastructure teams.

You will administer Azure VMs, storage, networking, containers, and Kubernetes services, troubleshoot cross-domain issues, and support CI/CD pipelines and customer go-lives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud operations, production support, or DevOps support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure production environments.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes in production.
• SQL Server for application/production troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred certifications (Azure Administrator, DevOps, Kubernetes).
• Ability to support weekend activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves Tier 2 incidents on cloud-hosted apps and infra.
• Triages issues across app, database, network, and infra teams for timely resolution.
• Manages incidents via ServiceNow per priorities and SLAs.
• Administers production environments on Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, networking, containers).
• Troubleshoots availability, performance, deployment, and connectivity issues.
• Supports automated deployments, CI/CD, upgrades, go-lives, and cloud activities.
• Escalates unresolved issues to Tier 3 or specialists and follows through.
• Acts as SME for Tier 1 Cloud Operations and other teams.
• Creates/maintains operational docs and identifies automation opportunities.
• Supports scheduled weekend activities; no regular on-call rotation.
