Responsibilities

• Lead governance, administration, and optimization of the Azure cloud environment for performance, scalability, and security.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, standards, and governance frameworks in cloud operations.
• Guide application teams on architecture and best practices for cloud adoption and modernization.
• Lead service operations in a 24/7 rotating shift model, managing incidents, changes, requests, and problems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members to build capability.
• Resolve complex cloud issues and coordinate with stakeholders for effective outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning activities with enterprise architecture and strategy.
