Job summary

Accenture in Malaysia is seeking an AWS Connect Consultant to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions for clients in Kuala Lumpur and beyond.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to create scalable customer service experiences that improve efficiency and satisfaction.

This role covers modernization, cloud adoption, conversational AI, and omnichannel engagement, with emphasis on AWS services and integration.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Connect implementation, configuration, or administration.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture principles.
• Experience with one or more AWS services, including Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Athena, Amazon Pinpoint, Amazon Transcribe.
• Understanding of API integration concepts and enterprise application connectivity.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with contact center technologies, IVR design, routing strategies, and omnichannel engagement.
• Understanding of cloud deployment, security, user provisioning, and environment management.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of AWS-based contact center transformation programs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Amazon Connect solutions.
• Configure and develop Amazon Connect contact flows and customer interaction journeys.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design cloud contact center capabilities leveraging AWS services.
• Support integration activities with CRM, customer service, and enterprise platforms through APIs and middleware technologies.
• Participate in workshops, design sessions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for cloud contact center transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Create reusable assets, accelerators, proof-of-concepts, and thought leadership materials.
• Apply industry best practices to improve service operations, customer engagement, and contact center performance.
