What You’ll Do:

• Manage & Optimize VMware Infrastructure: Deploy, configure, and maintain Cloud environments, including Compute hosts, Cloud Control Panel, and virtual machines.
• Monitor System Performance: Continuously track the health, availability, and resource utilization of Cloud clusters to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, VM failures, and network-related problems to minimize downtime.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and verify backup strategies, participate in disaster recovery drills, and ensure high availability.
• Optimize & Secure Systems: Apply security patches, manage VM security, and recommend performance and cost-saving improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 0-2 years in IT support, system administration, or virtualization technologies, with exposure to OnPrem Cloud environments.
• Technical Skills: Well knowledge of OnPrem Cloud virtualization, Windows/Linux OS, and networking concepts (VLANs, firewalls, Hyperconverge storage).
• Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Cloud virtualization related preferred. Additional certifications (CCNA, Fortinet) are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and a proactive customer-focused mindset.
