Job summary

The role involves Tier 2/3 support for conferencing technologies, installation and maintenance of room equipment, and collaboration with IT, Facilities, and vendors on AV deployments. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/AV or related field.
• 3+ years supporting audiovisual systems and collaboration tools.
• Hands-on with conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow, distribution, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for audiovisual systems and conference room tech.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated AV issues to minimize disruptions.
• Install, configure, and maintain conference room technologies (displays, projectors, video systems, mics, speakers).
• Support AV platforms such as Crestron, Logitech, and Teams Rooms.
• Document SOPs and perform preventive maintenance and firmware updates.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and vendors on AV deployments.
• Assist end users with room setup and live event needs.
• Monitor system performance and propose improvements.
