Job summary

BATERIKU (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Trainer in Malaysia to design, implement, and evaluate automotive training programs. You will work with department leaders to identify skill gaps and develop content aligned with the company’s goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of automotive training experience, strong communication, and hands-on teaching ability. Experience with LMS and e-learning tools is preferred, and the role involves classroom and online delivery across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive training experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience designing and delivering instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees
• Assess training needs through surveys and consultations with managers
• Create instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, and handouts
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback
• Deliver practical class and workshop sessions with a hands-on approach
• Conduct multi-platform training: physical, online, and hybrid classes
• Provide evaluation rubrics and participant logbooks
• Conduct theory and practical tests consistently
• Track and report training outcomes to measure success and areas for improvement
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed
