Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in automotive or related field.
- VTO/TVET certificates are a plus.
- Experience in teaching or training automotive topics.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver automotive theory and practical lessons punctually and professionally.
- Motivate students and ensure active participation.
- Plan and prepare classes aligned to learning outcomes.
- Create and improvise assessment materials aligned to learning outcomes.
- Mark assessments and record marks on time.
- Involve in documentation and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Report to the manager on class progress and implement feedback.
