Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a technician/Foreman.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Ability to perform both minor and major automotive repairs.
• Knowledge of workshop tools, equipment care, and 5S practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Action-oriented, fast learner, and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Strong integrity, work ethics, and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics using scan tools to identify issues.
• Conduct full vehicle inspections across systems and components.
• Carry out routine servicing including oil changes and filter replacements.
• Repair and replace vehicle parts, including major engine work.
• Communicate inspection results and repair updates to Service Advisors.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment following 5S standards.
• Record repair details in the system (e.g., WEBMAX) accurately.
• Support continuous improvement of technical skills and workshop efficiency.
