Job summary

DSIC SDN. BHD. invites dedicated trainers to join our automotive education team in Malaysia. The role focuses on delivering the curriculum, teaching professionalism, and collaborating with managers and lecturers to enhance programs.

The trainer will lead in theory and practical sessions, assess students, and contribute to ongoing course development while upholding our standards of excellence in automotive education.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma, DKM or DLKM in AUTOMOTIVE or related fields.
• VTO/TVET/TVET-I and Induksi certificates are an added advantage.
• Relevant industry and training experience encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Passionate about teaching.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• To deliver automotive theory and practical lessons punctually, professionally, and energetically.
• To motivate the students and ensure the participation of students in the class.
• To plan and prepare the class ahead, create and improvise the teaching materials strictly according to the learning outcomes.
• To create and improvise the assessment materials strictly according to the learning outcomes.
• To mark the assessment and key in the marks on time.
• To involve in documentation work and any ad-hoc work as assigned.
• To report to the manager on the class and student progression, get feedback from the manager and improvise the class.

Main Role

The trainer will play an essential role in the implementation and delivery of our curriculum as well as teaching professionalism to our students in automotive training. He or She also will be responsible for working with managers, and other lecturers to analyze, assess, and improve our educational programs.
