Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Higher Secondary (SPM) or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Preferred 1-2 years of working experience in automotive industry Customer Experience role.
• Previous customer engagement or relationship role experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with planned appointments and walk-ins.
• Ensure customer and vehicle records are updated and accurate.
• Establish agreed fixed times of completion for work to be carried out.
• Maintain accurate records of all work checked in for the day, including carry forward vehicles.
• Keep customers well informed of the progress of their vehicles.
• Communicate all additional work required to customers and obtain authorization before work is carried out.
• Communicate new or updated agreed times of completion when necessary.
• Carry out daily WIP updates of all open repair orders.
• Generate accurate invoices for all work carried out according to Company and principal guidelines.
• Ensure all customers receive post-service follow-up calls to determine satisfaction levels.
