Job summary

Sime Darby Auto Selection Sdn Bhd - Lot33 branch (Glenmarie) is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome customers, schedule appointments, and advise on vehicle needs.

Responsibilities include checking vehicles, identifying upsell opportunities, monitoring repair orders, and communicating progress to customers. The role emphasizes accuracy in handover invoices and post-service follow-up with clients.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or Diploma/Degree in Automotive engineering or equivalent.
• Preferred 1-2 years in automotive customer experience roles.
• Experience in customer relationship roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive/assist customers with planned appointments and/or walk ins.
• Carry out a thorough check of the vehicle & identify all possible upselling.
• Establish an agreed fixed time of completion of the work to be carried out.
• Maintain an accurate record of all work checked in for the day to be followed up on including carry forward vehicles.
• Ensure all customers are kept well informed of the progress of their vehicles and upsell where appropriate.
