Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in automotive or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in service adviser or aftersales; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of EV concepts and aftermarket service is a plus.
• Familiarity with DMS, RO processes and aftersales operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand service or repair needs.
• Provide maintenance recommendations and service packages.
• Coordinate with workshop and parts to ensure smooth service flow.
• Explain costs and timelines clearly to customers.
• Manage service bookings and RO documentation.
• Upsell preventive maintenance and value-added services.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and CSI targets.
