Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking an automotive powertrain/electrical motor engineer to develop control plans and DFMEA. You will lead 8D investigations into field failures and perform electromagnetic/thermal simulations using ANSYS Maxwell and Motor-CAD.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Motor Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Control with 3+ years in automotive seat motor design or testing.

Qualifications

Degree required in Electrical Motor Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Control.
3+ years in automotive seat motor design, testing or quality analysis.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with practical modeling tools.

Responsibilities

Develop engineering control plans and DFMEA/PFMEA for automotive seat motors.
Lead structured 8D investigations into complex field failures.
Conduct electromagnetic and thermal simulations with specialized software.
Review IEC 60034 and IATF standards during technical customer design reviews.
