Carro, Asia-Pacific’s leading online automotive marketplace, seeks a Sales Support Coordinator in Malaysia to manage inquiries from digital channels and campaigns. You will qualify customers, present promotions, and coordinate with the Product Genius team to move leads through the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Automotive, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Telemarketing, Contact Centre, or related roles.
• Automotive/new car sales experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and SLA requirements.
• Good organisational and computer skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries from digital platforms, campaigns, roadshows, and other lead sources.
• Contact and qualify customers based on their vehicle requirements, purchase intention, budget, and buying timeline.
• Provide initial product information, promotions, and sales consultation.
• Arrange physical or virtual appointments and coordinate qualified leads with the Product Genius (PG) team.
• Conduct 3-Day Follow-Up and re-engage customers who have not attended or completed their appointments.
• Identify potential booking opportunities and support the sales team in improving lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, ticket updates, and follow-up activities in the system.
• Manage lead allocation based on Round Robin and Duty Roster processes.
• Escalate customer or operational issues to the relevant team when required.
