Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Preferably experienced in automotive sales or administrative roles.
• Own transport and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a neat, professional appearance.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles clearly, highlighting key features to engage buyers.
• Explain financing options and complete sales paperwork accurately.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare sales agreements, invoices, receipts, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
• Handle JPJ (road tax) and issue insurance cover notes.
• Maintain and update customer databases and stock inventory.
• General clerical work, including filing and reporting sales data.
