Job summary

Suzuki Malaysia seeks a planning-oriented professional to support daily production planning, inventory monitoring and PSI coordination. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure scheduling aligns with targets and operational needs.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Math/Operations Management and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong project-management and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Math/Operations Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience with 2W Planning Operations and Project Management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools to create schedules and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Support daily planning activities including production planning, inventory monitoring, PSI coordination and project scheduling.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA, Procurement, Sales and After Sales for planning matters.
• Prepare regular planning reports and updates for management review.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting for PSI meetings.
