Job summary

Jetour Setapak is looking for a proactive Sales Advisor cum Telesales to drive vehicle sales and customer engagement from our Kuala Lumpur showroom. You will manage telesales, social media interactions and follow-ups, turning online inquiries into showroom visits and test drives.

The role combines outbound calls with digital engagement, showroom sales and event participation to grow the customer base and achieve targets. Automotive sales experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Confident in communicating with customers.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Active and familiar with WhatsApp and social media.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
• Qualify leads and understand customer needs.
• Follow up through phone, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Respond to enquiries, comments and messages on social media.
• Engage customers through WhatsApp and social media.
• Convert online enquiries into showroom appointments and test drives.
• Attend to showroom and assigned customers.
• Present Jetour models, features and promotions.
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and handle customer enquiries.
