Job summary

Jia Ming Auto Services Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its automotive financing arm in Malaysia and seeks a motivated salesperson to drive funding solutions for car buyers and dealers.

You will promote financing products, build relationships with dealers, and guide customers through the application process. The role offers an uncapped commission scheme and career growth as the company opens its own 4S dealership in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Passion for sales with a proactive, self motivated, and target driven mindset.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
• Sales experience in automotive, banking, finance, insurance, hire purchase, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's automotive financing products and services to car buyers and car dealers.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing car dealers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, financing applications, and sales progress.
• Guide customers through the financing application process and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information to identify business opportunities.
• Deliver professional customer service and uphold the company's brand image.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
