CS Automotive Group is seeking dynamic Sales Executives to promote and sell new vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and drive sales targets within our Penang/Kedah network.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, specifications, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective, new, and existing customers.
• Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat purchases, referrals, and trade-in opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models based on their lifestyle and budget.
• Convert sales enquiries into successful vehicle sales through effective consultation and relationship building.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and explain product features, benefits, and specifications.
• Arrange and conduct test drives to provide customers with a complete vehicle experience.
• Explain warranty coverage, after-sales services, financing options, and additional products.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
• Negotiate pricing and prepare sales quotations in accordance with company guidelines.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
