Job summary

CARRO is seeking a results-driven Business Executive to grow our Hire Purchase and auto financing business in Johor. You will generate leads, build dealer relationships and secure quality financing deals, with a fixed salary plus attractive commission.

The role rewards a sales mindset, experience with car dealers, and willingness to travel within Johor. Remote/hybrid work setup is available, and you can leverage an existing network to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with car dealers, automotive sales or auto financing.
• Candidates with established dealer network have advantage.
• SPM / Diploma / Degree holders in any discipline.
• Strong sales and business development mindset.
• Own transport and willingness to travel within Johor.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through car dealers and networks.
• Build and maintain dealer relationships to secure financing deals.
• Meet sales targets for HP and Floor Stock loans.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on activity.
• Support HP, floor stock, and financing product sales.
