Formación

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• 2 years of related field experience preferred, fresh graduates encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to offer strategic solutions addressing needs while clarifying any confusion.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up to close cases per service standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Deliver the best services to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Any other duties assigned by management to support Quality Management System.
